•  Friday Program

Arrive in Motueka make ready for a great weekend.  You will be 'shuttled' to the motel from 1500 onwards.  Evening meal - Hosted by Motueka Rotary Club at the Huia RFC rooms. Motueka Rotary Club is organising a guest speaker.

•  Saturday Program

0900 - IFFR Meeting at Equestrian Lodge

0945 - Bus departs for Ngarua Caves www.harlequin.co.nz/Fun/operators/NgaruaCaves followed by Anatoki Salmon www.anatokisalmon.co.nz/events
Unfortunately we have picked the only time of the year that we cannot catch our own salmon (cleaning & re-stocking ponds); but there will be salmon available for smoking and eating.
We will visit Te Waikoropupu Springs. (Pupu Springs with 60 plus meters visibility due to water clarity.) www.showcaves.com/english/nz/springs/Pupu

Time at Pohara Beach www.jasons.com/New-Zealand/Takaka/Pohara-Beach-TOP-10-Holiday-Park then return to Equestrian Motel 1630 hrs.

Evening meal a short walk away at The Gothic ----- guest speaker TBA www.harlequin.co.nz/Menu/Restaurants/Gothic

•  SUNDAY PROGRAM

0845 - Bus leaves for launch trip check-in at Kaiteriteri.
Launch returns 1 pm for those aircraft wishing get away on an early departure.
For those leaving later - depart Medlands Beach for arrival back at Kaiteriteri at 4:00 pm.

 Note — The earliest civil evening twilight this day is 1933hr in ZONE 2 which is the East Coast of the North Island

Departure is planned for Sunday afternoon or Monday morning according to individual circumstances  (flexible in case of weather restrictions).

•  ACCOMMODATION - Equestrian Lodge Motel  

The Equestrian Lodge Motel is the perfect place to stay for exploring the Abel Tasman and Kahurangi national parks. From here we will enjoy the Nelson and Tasman regions' wineries, vineyards, arts and crafts with attractions and activities too many to mention. The Lodge is situated in a quiet, park-like setting adjacent to a native bush reserve.

We have block booked this accommodation. There are a variety of rooms available so be in early to book a room that fits your needs.  A special rate has been arranged.  Make sure you mention the party you are with when making your booking.   The block booking will only be held for a limited time so be in quickly. Bookings will be on a first come, first served basis.
